Registration Fees Include:
Access for one Participant – sharing of Participant credentials is not permitted at any time. Credentials are issued to and used by only the Participant named in the registration.

Registration Deadline
Registration will close at 11:59 PM ET on January 12, 2026. After that point, attendees will be able to register onsite at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.
Registration Confirmations
Confirmations are auto-generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please email events@amputee-coalition.org.
Participant Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations and/or refunds will be accepted up to November 14th, 2025, and a 20% administrative fee will be deducted. Please note that this fee will be incurred for all cancellation/refund requests regardless of when they are received. Once a registration has been charged to a credit card, Amputee Coalition is not able to change the credit card used for payment. Refunds will be credited using the original method of payment less the cancellation fee. Cancellations received after the cutoff date will not be refunded for any reason. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Group Discounts
Groups with 10 or more attendees will receive a $25 credit per attendee registration. In order to receive the group discount and be admitted to the conference, all registrations must be paid in full. Please email events@amputee-coalition.org for your group code.
Hotel & Travel Accommodations
Registrants are responsible for their hotel accommodations and travel reservations. These are not included with registration and are not paid by the Amputee Coalition. For any questions, please send inquiries to events@amputee-coalition.org
Force Majeure
After the cancellation cutoff date, payments made are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use conference attendance credentials due to illness or due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the parties, such as an act of God, natural disaster, travel-related problems or an act of terrorism.
When attending Amputee Coalition events, you have the right to:
- Enjoy Amputee Coalition activities without interruption
- Be treated with respect
- Be free from inappropriate behavior
- Enjoy personal privacy
- Refusing to have your picture or video taken
- Expect behavior violating this policy to stop when you first ask.
The Amputee Coalition has security in place for the National Conference. If you believe that your privacy or personal rights have been violated, you should notify an Amputee Coalition staff member immediately. The Amputee Coalition may then:
- Speak with the person whom you feel violated this policy
- Write a report describing the incident
- Notify the police
- Press charges
- Provide information and support if you press charges
RELEASE
The submitting adult participant hereby represents and warrants that he/she is of majority age or is submitting as the legal custodian or parent of a minor, and hereby requests permission to participate in the events and activities offered in connection with the 2026 National Conference (the “Conference”) sponsored by the Amputee Coalition on January 13 through January 15, 2026, by being permitted to participate in any and all events and activities which may be offered at the Conference, including but not limited to various instructional physical clinics and activities, educational clinics and meetings, and wellness clinics (collectively, “Activities”). The submitting participant will hereinafter be referred to as “I,” “Me,” or “My.”
In consideration of the grant of permission by Amputee Coalition to Me to participate in the Activities, I, on my behalf and behalf of My representatives, heirs, next of kin, spouse, agents, executors, successors and assigns, do hereby:
- RELEASE, ACQUIT, FOREVER DISCHARGE, AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE AMPUTEE COALITION and any sponsors, and each of them, and their officers, directors, shareholders, trustees, employees, volunteer workers, agents, representatives, affiliates, heirs, predecessors, suppliers, successors and assigns (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Releasees”), from any and all rights, claims, demands, actions, liabilities and causes of action, whether accrued or unaccrued, fixed or contingent, legal or equitable, arising out of strict liability or the ordinary negligence of Releasees or any other participant in the Activities, and which in any manner relate to any act engaged in by Me while participating in the Activities, which causes Me personal or bodily injury, death, damages or property damage.
- UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE, AND AGREE: (I) that My participation in the Activities may include INHERENT DANGER AND RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH TO ME. (ii) that there is INHERENT DANGER in participation in Activities of this nature, which risk and danger I understand, appreciate and voluntarily assume because I choose to do so. I represent and warrant that I have observed these types of Activities or events of the type that I seek to participate in, and I understand and agree that it can pose a danger to Me. I further understand that other participants could pose a danger to Me. Nevertheless, I VOLUNTARILY ELECT TO ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS connected with My participation in any of the Activities.
- AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD RELEASES HARMLESS from any claim, judgment, loss, liability, damage or costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses, which may be brought by any person which is due to any act or omission by Me in any manner relating to or arising out of My participation in the Activities or any other acts that I may be engaged in whether caused or contributed to by the negligent acts or omissions of the Releasees or otherwise.
- AGREE TO ALLOW AMPUTEE COALITION-CREDENTIALED PHOTOGRAPHERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PRESS to take My photograph and to produce video and/or audio recordings of Me. I understand that only Amputee Coalition-credentialed photographers are sanctioned by the Amputee Coalition to take photographs and/or produce video and/or audio recordings of any kind or with any device. I further authorize the use of my photograph, image, likeness, name and/or voice in any format for publicity, education and/or marketing purposes associated with the Amputee Coalition, its programs, publications and/or materials. I hereby grant the Amputee Coalition all copyright and other interests in photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of Me produced at or in conjunction with the Conference and related Activities and grant royalty-free permission to the Amputee Coalition to reproduce and use photographs, video recordings and audio recordings of Me in all formats, including but not limited to print and/or electronic. This authorization extends to releasing My photograph, image, likeness, name, and/or voice to other publications and organizations for Amputee Coalition publicity, education, and/or marketing purposes.
- UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE, AND AGREE THAT AMPUTEE COALITION MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PREVENT unauthorized persons from taking photographs, video recordings and/or audio recordings of Me without My permission. Nevertheless, I VOLUNTARILY ELECT TO ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS of an unauthorized individual taking photographs, video recordings and/or audio recordings of Me without My permission, and I agree to hold Releasees harmless and covenant not to sue Releasees for the dissemination of such unauthorized photographs, video recordings and/or audio recordings.
- Payment Policy. Payment must be received in full before registrants can access the program. If paying by check, please ensure your check is received by Amputee Coalition no later than January 1, 2026, to guarantee access. Please include a copy of the invoice or confirmation email with your check. Payment information is provided on your invoice. For questions, contact events@amputee-coalition.org.
Currency Exchange Rate Disclaimer: The Client/Cardholder confirms acknowledgment and acceptance of a potential gain/loss incurred by any adjustments made by their bank due to the currency exchange rate. Amputee Coalition will not be liable or responsible for any loss incurred by the Client/Cardholder from an adjustment made due to the currency exchange rate. Nor will Amputee Coalition pursue the Client/Cardholder for collection if that adjustment should be made in the Client’s/Cardholder’s favor.
Submission of a registration online, by phone or email, constitutes an official registration and intent to attend the Conference. Invoices are payable upon receipt, and full payment must be received to gain entry to the Conference. Please note Amputee Coalition does not accept cash payments onsite at the Conference, unless required by law.
You agree that, in the unlikely event that Amputee Coalition cannot resolve your payment issue and you dispute the credit card charge, your electronic statement may be used as evidence that said charge is valid and just. If there are any issues with your credit card charge, please contact Amputee Coalition at events@amputee-coalition.org. - Discount Codes Policy. Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations including Presenter or other discounts. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
- No Substitutions. We do not allow substitutions on registrations. If you are unable to attend, you will need to cancel your registration by the cancellation cutoff date.
- Badge Policy. Sharing of Attendee badges/credentials is not permitted at any time. Badges/credentials are issued to and can be picked up by, and used only by the Attendee named in the registration. A photo ID may be required for each Attendee when collecting a badge onsite. Badges must be worn at all times during the Conference. Amputee Coalition reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the conference found violating these conditions and may restrict this Attendee from participating in future Amputee Coalition Conferences.
