Make a Difference. Be the Difference.
Join us in Las Vegas for a special pre-conference event that’s all about connection, compassion, and community. Our Certified Peer Visitor (CPV) Training gives you the tools and confidence to support others on their limb loss or limb difference journey.
What to Expect:
Through this interactive, 8-hour training, you’ll learn how to provide meaningful, peer-to-peer support in real-life settings—whether that’s in person, in the hospital, at community events, or virtually. You’ll leave prepared to serve as an official Amputee Coalition Certified Peer Visitor, ready to uplift and walk alongside others.

Please take the time to understand the responsibilities of becoming a Certified Peer Visitor and why it is important to our community that the program remain neutral and not include those who are employed within the O&P or device manufacturing space and that you are at least 12 months past the date of your limb loss surgery.
2. Work with the professionals in your networks (doctors, physical/occupational therapists, prosthetists, support group leaders, etc.) to obtain two letters of recommendation before you start the application on the website as you can’t save your progress.
